About Underground Grace

Our Mission

Underground Grace is a trauma-informed support and training program under the Raising Royalty nonprofit. We equip youth, adults, and individuals with life skills, career readiness, and purpose-driven tools to thrive in their communities.

Development at Underground Grace

At Underground Grace, development is more than skill-building—it's soul work. Our programming is designed to transform the whole person: mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. We develop young people and families with a focus on character, competency, and community connection.

Whether through GraceWorks career training, Cradle to Grace maternal wellness, or our Raising Royalty life-skills curriculum, we prepare participants not just to survive, but to lead, serve, and thrive.

Our development strategy includes:

  • Professional Readiness: Résumé building, interview training, job placement, and workplace behavior

  • Life Skills Mastery: Financial literacy, emotional regulation, hygiene, time management, and communication

  • Faith & Purpose: Identity, integrity, and confidence rooted in God’s plan for their life

  • Supportive Ecosystem: One-on-one mentorship, group workshops, resource referrals, and community engagement

We don’t just prepare people for the world—we equip them to change it.

  • We are embedded in BIPOC communities and understand the lived realities of our participants.

  • We provide direct service, measurable outcomes, and wraparound impact.

  • We are a trusted bridge between underserved individuals and long-term opportunity.

  • Our materials and training tools are original, faith-rooted, and not commercially available elsewhere.
